I am so happy to announce this first edition of FoodLab Sundays!
This special event with guest chef Aran Goyoaga of Cannelle et Vanille is coming up January 20th, 2013 at FoodLab in Montreal.
Join us for a great afternoon of cooking, eating and talking. This event will be hosted by James Beard Award finalist and author of Small Plates and Sweet Treats: My Family’s Journey to Gluten-Free Cooking Aran Goyoaga. We will be cooking a fabulous, gluten-free 5-course dinner from Aran’s beautiful book. The night’s wine pairing will be done by sommelier Etheliya Hananova.

Cost: 115$ + tax (comes out to CAN $135,72)
The gluten-free menu includes:
- Roasted cauliflower and leek soup with dandelion green and hazelnut pesto
- Swiss chard, pear and Gruyere tart
- Roasted sea bass with sweet potato and parsnip puree, fennel and vanilla bean cream and piment d’Espelette
- Chocolate, hazelnut and fleur de sel pots de crème
- Pistachio and vanilla bean shortbread
Note that included in your ticket for the evening are two glasses of wine and a signed copy of Aran’s new gluten-free cookbook Small Plates and Sweet Treats.
